Beta 0.2 Update

This update includes only few small changes:

• Added new structure: "Roadworks ahead".
• Changed the spawn logic of "Sun Anchors". Previously, they had to be installed manually, which seriously slowed down progress, but now they automatically appear in the place of each Sun.
